I'm just sayin'

We had the college S.S. class over for lunch Sunday, and Cool Ryan mentioned the fact that people tack "I'm just sayin'"onto the end of their insults like it absolves them from all guilt -- just another variation of BHHS.

If BHHS phrases were friends, "I'm just sayin'..." would be my BFF.
